Every RISORQ product is made to order.

Because customized products are personalized with your chosen name, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

• The wrong product is delivered.
• The product arrives damaged.
• There is a manufacturing defect.

If your order has any of the above issues, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
